inspector was right on time and handled the inspection in a professional manner
Inspecteur honnête et compétent. Il a vraiment pris le temps de faire le tour de la propriété avec nous et de répondre à toutes nos questions. Le cartable qu'il remette à la fin de l'inspection est très utile. Le contact au téléphone a toujours été excellent et rapide. Il est possible de demander des clarifications et un complément d'information après la réception dudit rapport.

The inspector was great. He really took the time to explain all of his findings and answer all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness!
Your inspector was here for 6 and one half hour. Ridiculous long. And then he came back to pick up the radon tests and he had to still go up into the attic. He refused to fix my rod in the closet(that is where the access is to the attic). I had to refuse him access to the attic because he would not leave my home the way he found it.
The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

The termite treatment guy, Myron, was great and the price was reasonable. 10 for that part, but the original inspection was overkill, and called out some things that in my opinion were unnecessary and only serve to cause buyers undue anxiety.
