It was easy to schedule an appointment and the report was available quickly.

I found the inspector being not very personable. He did not introduce himself. I had to ask his name at the end of the inspection. He told me I get the report in a week or 2, that was over 3 weeks ago. I still not have received anything. I sent an email mentioning this with no response as of today.
He mentioned that the previous owner must have had some insulation done in the past under a low income program. I was surprised as a new owner who has been living in the house for few month and finding it quite drafty and uncomfortable. As a matter of fact as soon as the inspection was done we started some renovation. Some section has some insulation but for the most part insulation was missing. We documented it by taking photos.
He did not spend much time over all rushing to the task, I would say less than 1 hr. Did not take a plug apart, did not check draft at windows. Looking forward to the report.

Everything! Brian was timely, experienced in this particular condo building so he knew that the utility services were not located within the unit and of course he provided a very thorough inspection and put the buyers at ease about their purchase.
