I like your products because you are basically the only business who sells the fancy dress shirts that I need for work. That said, it is VERY hard to get someone on the telephone, and when I went into the store, there was only one poor salesclerk all alone because the only other one was home sick. Why not get a temporary worker for the day? Or when you get so busy you cannot possibly answer the phone?
Your workers are always polite and professional as well as knowledgeable.

The tax choices are standard and very good, but the service at the south coast Plaza location is superior. But the gentleman who took my measurements and the young lady who made sure that they fit before I took them home were absolutely wonderful.

The staff was most helpful in making me look my fittest best. It took several tries to get my shirt right do to my neck size but with Cody's help, we got there. He also accommodated me by tying a Windsor knot.

Ordered and picked up in Bakersfield Ca. The two ladies that helped us were very friendly, you don't see that much anymore. Great personalities! I also liked how early we got to pick up my husbands suit, instead of the last minute/day before with everything else we already had to do for our sons wedding
