At first I was skeptical, after receiving ordered items and found some didn't fit I soon called to make changes and within a week they arrived, most worked and after another change I received all items I needed. Nice stuff too.

The clothing arrived and fit well. I had an item that didn't quite fix and customer service was excellent. Tbey were very responsive and a pleasure to worn with. I received a replacement item that fit quickly, with plenty of time before my event. The process was easy and I would use this service again!

Amazing customer service. Will only go to Friar tux for now on. Tell everyone I know to do the same. Went to men's warehouse and they told me it would be 6 hrs to be fitted for tux and they didn't seem busy. Went across street to Friar tux, they were busy but got me in and out in 30 minutes. They were courteous, nice and very helpful. Everything was perfect once I received tux, they helped with checking that everything fit properly and re-bagged everything for me. My daughter went into labor the night of our event so we were not able to attend and I never got to wear the tux. When I returned the tux I informed them of this and they didn't ask any questions or hesitate, they refunded my rental fee minus a $40 re-stock fee. Great customer service couldn't have been happier, only Friar Tux for now on.
