Customer service was great. We were stressed when my husband's suit didn't fit, but were pleased that there was a trial and error process until we got the correct fit.
One piece of feedback we would provide is that it should be clearly stated that a tailor will be required for the length of the suit/pants. This was unexpected since we sent in his exact measurements. Additionally, a lot of our guys could not select their sizes on the website and had to send in their exact measurements via email.
Otherwise, the suits were affordable and good quality!
