I was recommended by a friend to go to Friar Tux Arcadia for a wedding tux rental, and I can definitely see why! Clean store, excellent customer service, quick service, efficient. Joson and Loralee were extremely helpful and friendly in getting me fitted for my wedding. They are both so personable, and also very knowledgeable with all the different attires and fits, and took the time to show me multiple outfits and what went well together. Even though the store was busy, they were able to help multiple customers simultaneously. Thanks for all your help Joson and Loralee!

Customer service was excellent! They shipped the tux to the house and also shipped replacement items for those that didn’t fit. Very easy to work with. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their products.
I like the website which makes it easy to navigate and browse different options. Also, multiple locations helps with pickup and returning. Every staff member I communicated with was professional and great at answering questions, following up with members in my group.
Well it was quick it was easy and the people who work there are very nice I would definitely go back again
Very friendly staff that provided suggestions and thoughts on what would be best. Staff seemed knowledgable on how the suits should fit, which colors go together and which didn't.
The suit was beautiful. I stood out in a crowd of penguins. And shipping the suit with a return bag and label really made the experience with you great.
All of the staff was so helpful and kind to my son, getting ready for his first formal dance. He loved his suit, and he is not easy to fit (big and tall, size 15 shoe) and everything fit him perfectly and looked great! Very happy costumer and mom! ~Christina C.

Gabe helped me out big time. I was on a time crunch, I came into the shop hoping for the best. Gabe greeted me and recognized I needed to be fitted head to toe.
He hooked me up with a perfect 3 piece black tux for the occasion. I was in n out the door in a timely order and made it on time to the wedding. The compliments I received in my new look at the wedding were overly positive and unexpected but appreciated.
