Ease of process and friendly staff
We used Stitch & Tie for our groomsmen suits and could not have been more pleased with the quality of service provided! Many of our groomsmen needed replacement pieces due to change in size between ordering and receiving the suits, and Stitch & Tie was quick in dispatching those replacement pieces + made it easy to return all at once after the event.
The only downside I'd list is that the rental shoes were EXTREMELY slippery / did not have much grip and we received reports that they were slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, I could not recommend more!
An overall great experience every time I rent tuxedos from Friar Tux! From the fitting, the quality of the tuxedos, and up to the return process. I won’t go anywhere else and thanks again!
Customer service and quality of clothing attire.
My 11 year old grandson, who is already 5' 8", wanted to wear a Tuxedo to his very first dance at Innivation Middle School. Buying him a pair of pants and shirt would have been costly, would have needed tailoring and he would have out grown them the next week. Renting a Tux was a wonderful option. The staff who assisted us were fantastic, the process was easy and efficient, and the price affordable. Retaining my standing as a Gramma who can make his dreams come true...priceless. A Huge Thank You to FriarTux!!!!

I don't rent a suit often (ever) but the fitting and product service I received back in June (maybe) gave me confidence it would work.
And it did. Flawlessly. The suit and accessories were perfect. Everyone looked sharp.... Yeah but my wife now has an expectation I look like that all the time... Sigh.
