Stitch and Tie absolutely delivered on the quality, style, fits and customer service for my wedding. I am personally on the shorter side and have had issues in the past with the Men’s Warehouses and Jia A Banks of the world for my friends weddings so I was willing to try something new for my own wedding.
Right from the start I could tell this was the experience I was looking for. The associate that did our intake call helped us walk through what she thought we would want for our wedding day and led us to a great decision.
From a sizing standpoint they absolutely delivered! I was so nervous when the garments showed a couple weeks before the event but when I tried them on it was a perfect fit (I would advise at least knowing your personal preferred jacket size though). Also upon trying the items in I was blown away with the materials. I was originally planning on buying a custom shirt but could not find one that was as good of quality or fit as the one sent to me.
Lastly the customer service was truly an A+ experience. Everytime I called I was met with an enthusiastic rep who was excited to help me. Additionally I did have a couple members who were not as familiar with their sizing and needed some exchanges and they were delivered timely and with perfect sizing.
Overall a perfect 10/10 experience. While I was hesitant at first due to not having a store to try items on they delivered so much better than any experience I have had in the past.

Sending my tux to Omaha instead of leaving it in SD was insane. We got the tux the night before we left for the wedding. If it was not for my local tailor, we would have had an absolute disaster on my hands.

The service was amazing. Came in from Indiana for my wedding on July 3rd. The staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some personal items in the lobby; they held them for me and made sure I got them back when I returned the suits. It was an incredible experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.
The delivery and return process was very smooth. I had some items that did not fit and the process for getting replacements was awesome. Customer service was great as well!
