Didn't get a response back, so went with another company.
I asked for a quote on how much it would cost to reface my cabinets and they guy kept asking me what he wants him to do. I don't know how much clearer I could have been. Then without providing any measurements and paperwork, told me it would be $12-15K to reface my cabinets. I have a small kitchen in a 1000 sq. ft. townhome and can remodel my entire kitchen for that price. Something just didn't add up.
The person who came out in took measurements was suppose to send us an estimate by email.
We never receive one nor did we receive a call. This is the second time your company did this to us.

Confusing amounts of texts and phone calls. In the end the designer did not show a d did not cancel. I only wanted a plumber.

Project Manager who gave the estimate was also rude and arrogant.
Supposed to be a free estimate. Project Manager was very high pressure to get a down payment same day of estimate.

No Patricia was fantastic! She was polite and professional. Our biggest hang up would be the cost $48-$50k is a lot, but we understand we asked for same big changes to the kitchen. I am not sure how much that type of investment would do to increase our home value.
The cost were excessively high comparatively. I had three companies come out and one estimate, work I actually saw on another property which convinced me of wanting the black finance, came in 1/2 the price you all quoted me. And their price coincides with research I did online. Why was your quote soooo much. Wow!
