Scheduled an appointment with your representative and nobody showed up. I cancelled my plans Saturday morning to meet with your company and it was a complete waste of my time. I would never use or recommend Allied.
Your estimate is over $2000 higher than the other 3 estimates I have received so far.
Set up appointment for a free estimate yesterday and the person called in the morning said he was running late which was fine and asked what we needed to be done and when told him he said the minimum charge is $550 and we told not to bother coming. First of all when the appointment was set up was never told about the charge, second all we needed was new a replacement weather strip on the door. We had two another estimates and $175 was the most. We would never call your company ever for an estimate and will never recommend your company
The first estimator never showed. I received an email and text confirmation, but no one called or arrived at my house during the scheduled timeframe.
I never received my quote after my visit.

It won't let me change it from 7. At this point my score is a zero. The day before my initial appointment the office tried to cancel, we settled on a time change. It has been 6 days I was told I would have it same day the next at the latest. I still haven't received my estimate and I emailed Dave reminding him I wanted my estimate with no response. At this point I will not be using beltway I find theses actions say this company is unprofessional and unreliable to do the job.
Price point was way off from competitors.

The professionalism displayed from Darryl exceeded ALL my expectations. He listened to my concerns and addressed each inquiry. First impression make a major difference. He did just that.

Beltway Builders was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Very disappointing. They sent a project manager out to survey the project and he NEVER showed up and claimed he came by and a women slammed the door in his face. I told him it wasn’t me, I have been waiting for 2 hours. He insist it happened. I called the office and basically they did nothing about it. I guess the don’t need the business during a pandemic. This worst experience ever!

Allied Restoration failed to show on the first appointment. On the second appointment request, I requested a different time or day, and got no response. On a scale of 0-10, they earned the zero! Shameful that they seem to score so high, yet have no follow through.
During Covid and with an outdoor project, no need to meet in person.
You showed up on time for our first appointment... I still need to know the cost of the project that we discussed.

Joshua came to look at the project and he is wonderful — he arrived right on schedule and was polite, thorough, friendly and prompt with communication. Best of all, he is extremely knowledgeable about the work and product offerings.
We are still evaluating our estimate, but we would feel confident using Woodland for the project.
