Way to expensive and over charge for work.
Too expensive to paint 6 shutters and a door
I was sent a blank estimate to which I replied saying the estimate was blank as well as called and left a message with no return call or email

The product looks good but the price is the most expensive
Estimates were way to high! Had to go with another company to do work that was $20,000 lower than what Allied quoted. Estimator Jason was a very nice and kind man though.
I need clarification of the flooring that was presented to me. I had presented my flooring choice to your representative (a sample that I got from Lowes). Your agent showed me something similar from his tablet. I need to view that again to make my final decision.
Additionally, I wanted ceramic tile in my laundry room that will extend a few feet outside of the laundry room. Your representative recommended to use the same flooring throughout. For now, I am leaning toward water proof vinyl in the front and back rooms of the basement and ceramic tile in the laundry room and extending outside of the laundry room (the laundry room is between the front and rear of the basement.

My past experience with your company was not encouraging. There were less than honest promises. Communication was poor and the all around experience left me upset and exhausted. The list of negative interactions are too many to list. Thank you.

Or not to resolve our problem no just “u need a new deck “ - the way Glenn spoke and explained told us he is not new on the business he has experience and let us know about the options we have. He properly comunícate with us.

Their sales person that came out was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional and likable.
Quality of the work and the lady in the front office. She was honest and very helpful
your estimate is rediculas. $4,300 for a two day paint job at the most. I have someone for $500
plus the paint. Patrick was very nice and did his job but please do not waste my time and yours.

The rep from Beltway Builders was nice enough to come out his name was Will... However after walking the property looking at the work I need it done and promising to have a price quote email sent to me... It's been 2 days and no email as of yet with the comparisons I asked for... I went in the house to grab something and put the dogs away came back and he already left without saying goodbye and I'm pretty sure he didn't even ask for my email address... I guess there wasn't enough cash in it for his company with just over 70 feet of fencing needed at $80 a foot
Overprice. The guy who came to do estimate was nice and professional but the estimate was way above others.
