Robert was great! He listened to me without talking over me and explained the options so that I was able to make an informed decision. Also love that the business is family owned and local and that there is a showroom. I obtained 4 quotes and this one was reasonable and I felt I would be getting a quality result that was within my budget.

Working with Ryan has been wonderful. He is not a high pressure salesman so I feel comfortable and do not feel pressured. He has given us timely feedback from emails I have sent and given us honest feedback on questions we had for him. When we went to the showroom he spent a lot of time with us answering our questions until we felt comfortable about our window decisions. We highly recommend woodland windows & Ryan.
I need the proposal printed out, the window properties listed and I would like to see what other discounts are available such as senior discount or a free window discount.

Too soon to tell. This was our first meeting, everything has gone well, the estimator was quite knowledgeable, and we're awaiting a quote / estimate.
Project manager polite, knowledgeable, professional. Explains each area\item to client. PM's attitude and responses encouraged trust in him and in Beltway. Project is just in the evaluating\pricing phase, but whether we work together to complete this project, or we do not... the above are qualities I appreciate and Iwould not hesitate to contact Beltway Builders for any other project

The tech James was very professional and company was very good.
I called and they set up an appointment for me and hours before they came out they called to cancel the job because the job wasn’t big enough for them. At that point I had already canceled other bids. I explained to them exactly what the job entailed and they said no problem.
I never received your quotation
Would like good pricing estimation. I got the price of the needed drawings but would have liked a smaller ballpark figure of at least $100,000+. But your guy was quite good.

Yes, your rep never showed up, and didn't even let me know in advance that he wasn't going to show up. I waited for him for over half my day, and finally got a phone call at 1pm, telling me he was not going to show up at 1pm.
The information I received in the showroom and from Jeff have been very helpful as I evaluate the products and service available for my project.
The pricing is in the general area of the other quotes I received. The payment options I received from other vendors are more in line with customary payment schedules. I have seen schedules of 40-30-30 or 30-30-20-20 on other projects completed in my home.
I don’t feel like the product offerings were made clear to me. I guess I need to go to the showroom.

I haven’t received the estimate yet, the sales rep was 25 minutes late to our appointment, and he even said his pricing probably wouldn’t be competitive! Wowzers.
