Always a great experience at the Okemos location! Missy is always super friendly and welcoming when you get to the store! The deals on the products and services are fantastic!
Its generally a very quick in and out visit. There might be four people in front of you, but you're usually seen in half the estimated wait time. Additionally, despite the faster pace, they tend to do a very good job and are willing to adjust your haircut as needed.
Ability to schedule on the app and Cheryl was very friendly and did a nice job
