I have to use medicated hair and health products so I find it very unfortunate that sports clips (the company and higher management, not my stylist) pushes their products and relies so heavily on product sales for their employee to appear successful. I actually really dislike the products you have for sale, so I don't care about nor even look at them. There's better, more natural, more healthy products I can obtain elsewhere for cheaper.
Plus your customer base is men, i MAYBE have to buy product once a year. I'm stingy about how much I use and stretch it out over a very long period of time. Relying on product sales so heavily is unsustainable and redundant. Focus more on caring about your stylist and their performance and try to seek out and maintain customer retention then silly little sales.
At the end of the day I'm there for my stylist, if my stylist leaves to go somewhere else I'm going to where they are. I don't care about sports clips as a franchise, I care about the dude or dudett cutting my hair.

The hair products are great. I was very happy with the way Rita styled my hair. The hot towel took the red color out of my face and relaxed my pores. It is a very relaxing environment here.

I let my hair grow for almost a year, I went to your store, Brooklin took great care of me. I was a little unsure about how much of my hair I wanted to keep, also had a long beard. With her help we came up with an option that left me a little facial hair, and still some comb able hair on my head. I walked out looking like a new man and Brooklin was very patient with me.

You get a good haircut and some fabulous extras- wash your hair with a nice warm towel on your face then a quick shoulder/neck massage very refreshing !
