I typically like Sports Clips, but this last visit started on Saturday. I realize the wait list is an estimate, but it kept adding time. When I started, my estimated time was 3:50. When I finally canceled, my estimated time was 4:30. The original wait was around 90 minutes. I don't mind the wait, especially since I can sign up to get on it before I leave home, but I like to schedule errands around it so I'm not wasting time waiting for a cut. It's very hard to schedule around a moving wait list. I get 5 or 10 minutes, but 40 minutes? That feels like a couple clients got slipped in.

Heather at the (Caledonia Sport Clips) is absolutely hands down the best! She cuts my husband's hair like a pro every time. He can have somewhat tricky hair and she meets the challenge like a boss. He will look at the app and when he sees she is there he locks it in. He doesn't mind waiting for her as she is popular with a lot of customers. She is an asset to Sports Clips without a doubt. She delivers excellence and has developed trust with many-her talent doesn't go unnoticed.
