the online check-in is super coinvent. My particular stylist Grace is very attentive remember my previous cuts and being able to cut my hair with little direction. Also she is very pleasant and a joy to talk to as she cuts my hair. She makes the MVP service worth the extra $$$

I very much like having my hair washed and the hot towel is a nice touch. I like the sports theme. The product is available but the staff are not too pushy about selling it. That being said, I buy a hair pomade about every other visit. I have used a couple of other stores that make you use the app to set an appointment, but I think your app is the best one of the bunch. Thank you
