I loved the openness and inviting tones that the staff has. From the moment I had stepped into the shop I was greeted and welcomed as well as assisted since I hadn't set an appointment online already. Although you don't have to and It'd be much more convenient for everyone including yourself the staff understood and were very quick to help.
