It's not so much the salon's products or services I like, but rather a specific stylist: Jenny is just awesome! She filled in for a year doing my haircuts and bear trims while my previous stylist was on leave, and now Jenny she is my full-time go-to stylist. She is so personable and professional. She epitomizes customer service with her care, knowledge, availability, and follow-through. And she does such a great job each and every time!

The employees at Sport Clips are always very nice to my son when he has his hair cut. They listen to how he wants his haircut and always check with him throughout that they are meeting his expectations.
The Owen Rd location in Fenton, Michigan, is always clean and the staff is polite and professional. My "usual" stylist is Courtney. She is a great young lady and does a great job.
