I like that u clean thoroughly but without major chemicals or pulling on the carpets. Other companies would pull so hard/use so much water that I would be left w bumps in my carpet!

Our tech was great and the carpet cleaning at our office looks amazing! The only thing I don't like is if we want to use you guys again, we have to pay $250 trip fee because we are in indian trail. I can understand maybe a $50 trip fee, but $250 seems outrageous. Overall completely happy with using you guys and I would love to work something out to where we can use you in the future!

From the time you call until the job done, they make it easy. The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was pleasant and respectful....and did a great job.

The technician arrived exactly on time. Service is fast, thorough, and the technicians are flexible to specific requests and work hard non-stop. Drying time is very short. There is no sticky residue left on the carpet or sectional sofa.
