The staff is very professional. The products don’t leave a crunchy feeling residue on the carpet and it smells so clean!

We had been experiencing a very pervasive dog smell in our house that we moved into a year ago. Even after replacing the carpet, the smell came back. We found a pro on a well known app in June to clean and deodorize the carpet but it smelled worse. In July, a nationally known company came in and steam-cleaned and deodorized but the smell remained. Two weeks after that, a very nice tech from Zerorez quickly cleaned and sanitized the carpet. The smell is finally gone! I waited a week before writing this review just to be certain.

There are so many things I like about Zerorez. From the moment I scheduled my appt they stayed in touch with me. They showed up on the day and time we scheduled! What really blew me away was once they got here, the very polite service rep actually got on my floor to SMELL the spots on my carpet to best determine how to treat them!!!!!!!!! WHO DOES THIS? Zerorez does!! My carpets looked and smelled wonderful when the job was done! Thank you Zerorez!

Joshua cleaned our tile and carpet. The tile in our bathroom never looked this good, even brand new! He did and great job and addressed all of my concerns. He also cleaned an area rug I had given up on. It looks great also!
