The guys who came out were nice, professional, and explained everything well; didn't try to "sell" me on a bunch of stuff. The carpet looked phenomenal and the house smelled fresh/clean not like soap or chemicals or cleaner. The carpet dried pretty fast and it looks like new carpet; pet and kid stains gone :) Happy Customer!!
My carpets look amazing. The technician was very professional and I was very impressed that they brought corner guards with them to protect my walls and wore shoe covers! Very pleased!!
