Our carpet actually smelled worse after the cleaning was performed. There were several spots that were not thoroughly cleaned. The technician was great however the actual cleaning was not up to pare as the carpets have been in better shape after in home cleaning treatments.

Thought the carpets would clean up better than what they did. The carpet cleaner said he was not sure how high traffic areas would do, but I was really disappointed overall. Over $200.00 spent and tearing the carpets up and replacing. Thank you!

Technicians were very professional, helpful, thorough and very nice. They were able to remove rust stains from carpeting and I couldn't believe the debris that was removed from our grout surrounding the tile squares. I appreciate the process that Zerorez advertises and uses.
