I like the fact that it cleans so well without all the stiffness after the carpet is dry. Plus it smell really fresh and clean.

It made my 15 year old carpet look new again!! It was amazing!! I never expected it to clean so well but I was amazed and surprised at how well it did!! The cleaning tech Andy was very professional knowledgeable helpful and very quick I was amazed at how fast he was able to get everything done!!

pleased with the product and technicians. felt like the scheduling process was lacking. seemed very confused and communication did not reflect what was supposedly scheduled. would probably use you again, but would take more control of the scheduling.

Took a lot of time to explain the process and took a lot of time cleaning the carpet. Did not give it a quick "once over" like other companies have done.
