Used Zerorez several times and usually not an issue. Had a scheduling challenge to work around that I wasn’t thrilled about, but when the job was done, it was as good as always.

Hello! We had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets on Saturday, October 7th. The associate was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I felt he was rushing and as a result, we had some areas that were missed. More specifically, there was a line of dirty carpet along the transition to the hard floor that was completely missed. You can see a long line of black where he missed. Also, there were areas around a rug that were missed in the same way. We have a rug in the middle of a floor and there was no cleaning done under or around the rug, therefore leaving a large black square in this area. I can provide pictures if needed of these missed areas. Ultimately, I would like Zerorez to come back out and clean the areas that were missed. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible. Quick service
Well, now that it is dry, the spots are back and bigger. The spots behind the sofa look treated, but not shampooed and are white spots now. Also, I had fabric attached over 2 holes in the sofa and it was removed and left open. and has nothing to do with cleaning the carpet. That was really uncalled for. The noise of the fans was very annoying and I couldn't wait till it was over. I should have looked at these problems before they left, but i was just glad to be done. I've used Zerorez for years and always had one person and they did a good job. I do not know what was the problem this time BUT never again. Sorry.
