This was our first time using ZeroRez. I have been putting off calling for 18 months. We had several large, dark stains on 2 year old carpet and sectional. The service was amazing! And everything cleaned looks as good as new! The tech was courteous, clean, informative; he went above and beyond to explain the range of services and treatments. He took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and concerns before beginning the job. And all at a price I could afford! I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. I don't know why I waited so long to call. We are customers for life!

Matt was super nice, came in and accessed the job, told me what needed to be done and got to work. He did a great job and finished very quickly. Left the house clean and went out a different way so he didn’t step on the freshly cleaned carpet.

The technician is always very courteous, even calling ahead to announce he can be at my home a little earlier than expected. What a deal! He seems to take pride in his work, and I’m happy to let him know how much improved my carpet looks.

Thorough job

The gentleman pretreated the stains and told us upfront which one may or may not be able to be removed. Most of the stains were cleaned. The carpet is old, but after cleaning it looks great. We will definitely use them in the future and happily recommend them.

On time, efficient, carpet appears well cleaned. The hard wood floor cleaning was a bit disappointing; I could have wet-swiifered the floors and had the same visual effect.
