The gentleman that cleaned our floors took time to explain the process and paid attention to our request. He cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and they look really great.
The service was excellent, as was Charles who was professional and thorough. We had area rugs and a sectional cleaned that look new again! They dried in a few hours with no residue.

My rug cleaner Jan was very nice and was able to remive stains I thought would never come up. Jan was professional and cleaned the carpet in my 3 rooms in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience with Zeroez!!
The carpets came out much cleaner and better looking than I thought they would. We've had other carpet cleaners in the past, and have always been pleased with the results. But this was by far the best. The young man who came over to clean the carpets was nice very professional and I will say as a former businessman now retired, he is a true asset to your company.
