The man that came to do the work was very friendly and polite. The work was good and he was very quick. He was also on time.

The gentleman that came to clean our home was kind and thorough. The only negative part of the cleaning was it smelled like there was some sort of fragrance at one point but I could be mistaken. I assumed since it is safe for kids that there would be no fragrance. There was no lasting fragrance

My carpets look brand new after each yearly cleaning. My HVAC system is running so much better with the air duct cleaning. The air smells fresh and I have had less sinus issues. I value the natural product approach Zerorez offers.

Yes I will recommend zerorez, however I don’t feel zi was properly informed of what my responsibility in preparing the 3-4 steps prior to service msn coming the night before.
Being in sales myself for 35 yrs I am very service oriented. Your system of communicating via text in my opinion isn’t the best. Even to the point of setting your appointment is via text and voicemails. Not very personable.
Again I am pleased with the job
