Charles was fantastic. He was very friendly, professional and efficient!
The service was impressive from making the appointment all the way to the follow up. My only concern showed up when my shower did not drain properly after the technician attempted to clean the shower floor. I’m not sure what product was used, but he was unable to improve the look/condition of the floor; but I appreciate that he tried. Hopefully, I can clear the drain so the water doesn’t puddle around my feet next time I use it.

ZEROREZ DID EXCELLENT JOBB CLEANING MY CARPET PRICE WERE REASONABLE
I love the fact that Zerorez uses plastic wall corner protectors so that the big hose does not dent or damage the walls.
