No residue, just a pure clean
The service tech was very friendly, and talked to us about every step he was doing. There was a large stain from police fingerprint dust that we were told by the insurance company probably would not come out. After he treated it and cleaned it, our carpet looks as good as new!

The carpet is very clean when you guys finish. This is the second time I have used ZeroRez and both times they have been great.
The technician took time to do the job right! Also, I can tell a marked improvement in the carpet as a result of using the "zerorez" method of cleaning. Also, the technician educated me about why my carpet's traffic patterns were so grimy. It seems that the company I had used several times over the years was not getting the soap out of the carpet as thoroughly as they should have. I will use "zerorez" again.
No chemicals to harm my dogs and the carpets/rugs were visibly clean. :)

I had pet urine order in the carpet. The first cleaning was a sub-extraction service, but the I could still smell the urine. I called Zerorez and they came out at no charge and did a spot cleaning on the areas. I am well pleased with the responsiveness of Zerorez and the second treatment with a new pet-odor product has taken care of the urine odor in the room.

I saw how wonderful the carpets were afterwards and was so glad I called your company for this project. I could run my hand over the surface and there was absolutely no residue. Even when I walked on it with the little booties I was given, it did not leave any dirty residue on the booties. I will definitely recommend you to anyone and everyone. Did what you promised as to notification and arrival
I came home to a like-new carpet. I was on the verge of replacing them, but now I don't have to! Carpet was soft and not stiff like other cleaners. Love it!
