My first time ever hiring a professional carpet cleaner, was very pleased with the results. Had not originally scheduled tile cleaning but added that after Patrick arrived and so glad I did. The tile is off white and both it and the grout were sparkling afterwards, a huge improvement. Also like the machine that creates dust bunnies and how it gets up the hair and dirt prior to the cleaning.

The gentleman that came to do my service was actually in from Huntsville, AL that day helping the Nashville folks. He was professional and efficient. I was confident that my carpets would be restored to some kind newness, but I could not have guessed they would look so amazing. I told a friend that it was as if instead of cleaning the carpets, he just laid new carpet. I will 100% be using Zerorez again!

There is no smell. There were some spots on the floor we thought wouldn't come up but they did.
Your technician called to let me know he was on his way, he was on time, and he did a great job on my rugs and bathroom floors. I have 3 large dogs in my home and the carpets showed that they live in every room!! The carpets and bathroom floors looked great after he finished and he took extra time to make sure all the staining was gone. Thanks for a job well done!

I really was intriged by this method of cleaning my carpet.
I liked the orange scent of the pretreatment and appreciated Parick's explanation of each step as he cleaned the carpet.
I was so amazed how the carpet became so cean with each pass of the cleaning wand. This method is the best and I will be using Zerorez again. I also plan on telling eveyone about this company.

Zerorez got my carpet clean. It hadn't been cleaned in years. Spots and grime are gone. Carpet looks much better. Service Tech was on time, and friendly. Price was as agreed upon,and reasonable. Only problem was equipment. Spray nozzles on wand keep stopping up
and not spraying properly. Took twice as long to clean floors because of having to stop and start to clean nozzles.

A hiccup in our appointment occurred when the tech was a no-show. My husband called management, and the man was humble, understanding, and helpful to resolve the problem, offering a discount when our appointment had to be moved to the next day. The tech, Patrick, who came the next day was very personable and did a great job.

The carpets look great! The stain that I was concerned about is still SLIGHTLY visible, but it looks good.
I would like a little more accurate time frame. I took 1/2 day off from work because I was told "afternoon," and they didn't arrive until 5:30.
