As a former owner of a DE building services firm that provided carpet cleaning to both residential and commercial clients, it is always interesting to see the newest technology and methods. Jason called prior to our appointment to let me know he was on his way. We had an area rug cleaned and treated for pet odors. He prepared the rug with pre-spray and took his time with the extraction process to insure a thorough cleaning. We have no complaints and will use zerorez again if future rug/carpet cleaning is required.
