technician was very professional, quick and clean. He did a good job cleaning our carpets. They were extremely dirty and nothing can get all stains out but over all they were a lot better than before the cleaning.

The technician who cleaned my carpets was wonderful! The weather was horrible with several hard rain storms. She was drenched and had to be miserable but continued to complete the job and the results were the best I have ever seen. The owner came out to do our cleaning. While I appreciated how fast he was (completed a room, stairs, and hallway in about 20 min), I would have liked it a little more if he had taken it a little longer. He did an excellent job, but there were a couple of spots that could have used more attention. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we will continue using Zerorez.
