Great customer service and carpets are clean

The tech was very reliable on all areas, knowledgeable, he guarded all walls, stairs with corner guards so the hose didn't damage the corners, efficient on time. The fresh cleaning smell helped a lot along with knowing the carpet was bacteria free. Will use again.

Zerorez's staff was very courteous and professional. The carept now looks great. The staff showed up on time and called prior to let me know they were twenty minutes out. They explained what they were going to do, gave helpful options and let me know how long it would take to complete the job. I would highly recommend them to a friend.
