I like the ideal that the young man who cleaned my carpet took out the time to give me some tips on how to bring my carpet back to life and he did an AWESOME job and I would love for him to return to my home on my next carpet cleaning date.

Caution was taken in pulling the hoses into my house. Worker mopped the area of the hardwood floor where he and the hose had been. Cleaned up after himself. Floors looked clean after the service. No strong smells.

We used Zerorez when we lived in Az. And we were excited to know they are in Nashville as well. The product is incredible at getting the carpets cleaned. We have three large indoor dogs and Zerorez always does a great job cleaning. The employees take excellent care in doing the job and making sure everything is satisfactory before they leave.
