I like the ideal that the young man who cleaned my carpet took out the time to give me some tips on how to bring my carpet back to life and he did an AWESOME job and I would love for him to return to my home on my next carpet cleaning date.

I was very happy with the service and the carpet and area rug look very good. Next is to see if the dirtiest spots reappear as they have with previous carpets cleaned by other company's.

Caution was taken in pulling the hoses into my house. Worker mopped the area of the hardwood floor where he and the hose had been. Cleaned up after himself. Floors looked clean after the service. No strong smells.

The representative Alex was efficient and did a thorough job. Our carpet had some really tough stains and the Zerorez cleaning system brought our carpet back to looking and feeling clean.
