We had every carpet in our home cleaned. Our common area (downstairs) rooms the carpet takes the most wear and tear and it, as always, looked great! However, our upstairs (bedrooms and hallway) the carpet is significantly older than the downstairs and it looked fabulous! Better than it has looked in years! I can tell that customer service is a big part of your day-to-day operations. I find your pricing higher than others and that means that not all of my clients, to be honest, would be able to afford to use Zerorez. With all of the things a homeowner has to pay just to get their home ready for market sometimes I will step in and help them cover the cost of at least one thing. That was the case at this last service call that I scheduled. Thankfully they were able to cover the cost of the 3 additional filtration line spaces and thanks for throwing in the 4th that we hadn't really noticed before you arrived.

The men who came to clean our carpets were neat and professional and very careful with our new home. They brought a black light so we could see clearly stains the previous owners had left and make good decisions on if it was worth cleaning the carpet in each room. They showed up on time, did a great job and were reasonably priced.

The process was quick and thorough. My carpets and stairs were soiled from foot traffic and a puppy, they now look brand new and smell amazing! Also, having a dog, I wanted to make sure the cleaning solution and chemicals would not be harmful to her, Zerorez products are completely safe for animals. I would highly recommend!
