This is my first time using Zerorez, and I am in love! I have young children and making a mess is part their job, so I not only concerned with getting some tough stains out, but also the type of stain removing liquid being used. Zerorez offered a chemical free stain product and decided to give them a try.The technician came and did an amazing job. He was very curteous and made sure the stains I pointed out were gone! My area rug looks brand new again, so do my sofas! What I appreciated the most is that he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work he did before leaving.
