I'm very pleased with Zerorez! After having work done on our home, the carpet in our master bedroom was very dirty and had patches of black spots throughout. I wasn't sure if the spots were black caulk residue or what. Jace, the Zerorez technician was able to remove the black spots and make our carpet look great!!! Thank you Jace and Zerorez for making me very happy.

I've used stanley steemer for years. We have house pets so we clean our carpets 3-4 times a year.
The retirement center my wife manages uses zerorez she asked me to give yall a try and I'm glad that I did.
I got better service than I did with stanley steemer for half the price. And the tech was way more friendly and professional to boot!
