We used Zerorez for the first time this weekend. Our technician was Bobby. Bobby was friendly, helpful and professional. We had all the carpet in our house cleaned and one room also treated for pet odor. The carpet looks clean and I no long smell pet odor which is a huge plus. I’ve used other cleaning companies in the past and this is the first time that I no longer smelled lingering pet odor after cleaning. I have used Zerorez twice before for carpet cleaning... both times with professional service and great results! This week I used them to clean all of the vents/air ducts in my home and to clean out the clogged clothes dryer vent. Anthony was so professional, polite, caring and very knowledgeable about the job he was doing. Even though he had another job to get to, he took his time and did a very detailed cleaning. My dryer vent could not be unclogged for unknown reasons but he took over 45 minutes trying. When the dryer vent could not be successfully unclogged, he deducted the $75 charge from my invoice even though he had spent almost an hour trying.
I applaud Zerorez for having such a caring and professional service rep.
I will most definitely use Zerorez again and I'll always ask for Anthony!!

You come on time you complete the job on time but you upside the customer too much! And you charge for everything. What happen to giving the customer an incentive to come back.
