Mom's acceptance of the service mostly. She didn't feel the same about Fraser Health services. I appreciate that NND will do cleaning and shopping as well.

Service meets my Mum's current needs. Plus there is the ability to scale up if necessary i.e. service is flexible. Care providers are caring, prompt and don't need much direction. Having a vehicle to drive my Mum for her errands is very important. My Mum is happy with the service.

Depends upon the personality match between the care provider and the client for ongoing services. After a couple of sessions, with others, we ended up with the perfect match for our mom. We are very happy.

Good service

If I was asked this question 8 or 10 months ago, it would have been a much lower score as your ability to manage my Aunt's caregivers was very poor.
HOWEVER, in the last few months it appears she has been assigned a specific scheduler (Christian) and he has been great. He knows in advance when her caregivers will be away or are leaving and is already working on replacements and he is calling me before I even call him. This is a huge improvement!
