I like that they top off the fluids in the vehicle and let you know other things that need to get done. They don't pressure you but only inform you. Jay Reid was friendly and knowledgeable of offers and options. The environment was nice and calming. Didn't mind waiting for the work to be done.

It’s all about service and trust. If they can’t do it, they will tell you. I have followed this manager, Brian to another store. He is a hard worker, excellent leader, and gets involved in what’s going on. His workers appreciate him.
He also over-communicates, which I love. He could tell me that I need to add swivels to my wheels and I wouldn’t question it at this point. It takes time to have that type of relationship, but he has EARNED it!

After over a year trying to get a dash indication to appear in your presence, on Christmas Eve, we finally caught it. Replaced the thermostat and sensor and I’m good to go.
Precision Tune always gets our cars serviced promptly. This visit, they worked a family member’s car in while they were town for a short visit.
