Amazing service as usual. We were out of town for about 3 weeks and my car wouldn't start. Battery was just changed and the vehicle was just serviced at the dealership. Roadside attempted to jump it without success. A tow truck arrived to bring it to Precision Auto Tune - they also tried to jump it, but no success. Not to mention this was the week for traveling to the new base. On second day of waiting to hear about the diagnosis, apparently a critter chewed through some wiring. We were lucky that that was all. The staff only took a few hours in the morning to complete the job. Service was awesome and they maintained proper communication the whole way.

I made an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment for my 2006 Volvo. I arrived and the vehicle was pulled into the service bay on time as expected. The service writer explained the specifications of the alignment and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Service was personable and professional. The store manager explained the difference between the older AC systems versus newer AC systems. It made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing.
