Delivery and service were great, but I did have to call to find my download again. My suggestions would be to reformat the email you use to send the downloadable image with a big download button, and make the invoice part the less prominent information on the page for that type of delivery.
But, it was still a pleasant experience.

Everyone is always very pleasant on picture days, and very helpful. I never have issues with my orders and if I ever need any additional photos everything is easily accessed online.
