I like the new things they come out with and keep up with the latest technology. They also personalized my son's portrait this year to include his nickname, as well as his full name. Very pleased with the products received.
I like the quality of the photos and the options available however I am not pleased with how the photographer posed my son for his baseball photo. I understand when there is a large group time is of the essence, but one would think with the amount of experience you guys have the photographer would have a little more patience and expertise when it comes to posing the subjects correctly. My son was posed in a manner that makes him look constipated and now $50 later we're stuck with a not so pleasurable photo.
The lady at the register (sorry forgot her name) she was great and was really accommodating in helping my son get his picture. The game experience and the way coach treated me and my family who showed up to every game and practice was very disappointing considering it was first year with NFL Flagfootball!
