The quality is great! Every project is beautiful. I am mom of 2.5 year old and for their individual pictures I would like to see more modern design for the backgrounds. Or even something from childhood themes.

I called prior to the picture day and asked a question and the associate was very kind and answered my question effectively. The day of the pictures were great and the attendants were kind as well. The pictures were wonderful quality and were mailed to me very quickly!

The photographers were very nice and accommodating. When asked whether or not the picture could be retaken so it could have a lighter appearance, the photographer did just that and retook another picture.
