I was able to conveniently book my appointment online. I only had to wait 15 mins outside the location before I was called in. The employees there were really polite and welcoming. My haircut was done professionally with exactly how I wanted it and it didn't take long at all. Overall I was really happy with my experience.

The service was exceptional at this location. The owner Robert was very accommodating and professional at the same time. He had honoured everyone that had booked an appointment through the app even if it meant keeping the store open past closing.

Very happy with the Hair Stylists at the Queensway location. Ferish has cut my hair two different times. Very knowledgeable, listens to what the client is requesting. Nicole cut my hair last year and she is very nice to deal with also.
