Great service. The hairdresser spent a good amount of time with my son. It is nice that for the first time there that you give the customer the full package. My son is only 8 but he enjoyed it.

Test did an excellent job she was fast and proficient. I notice that she is also often assisting other stylists which shows her expertise and willingness to help out her team

The place has lots of hair stylists working so the wait line is not too long.
The stylist has notes on the system so you do not always have to say much when coming.
The stylist listens well and gets it right and does not talk too little or too much.

Excellent customer service experience and experience

The service I received was excellent. I was luck to have the manager of the store Nicole cut my hair because at the time In was the only one there. Se took her time with me and did what was asked her. I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and each time I have been greeted by one of the stylists and made me feel welcome.

The personalize service is great , however its hard to keep up with the names of the ladies . I have been coming to that location since it open, I have tried the location in Dixie and I was not confortable there . Please do something to keep your staff constant .
