Service was prompt and good hair cut for my son, staff can be little polite I have to say as they seem to be very cut and dry, may be they don’t get repeat customers so they have no repo at personal level but still.

Would return again and update the feedback accordingly.

Welcoming, friendly staff who go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and well treated.
Great concept on the sports angle and fully equipped, decorated location with TVs and super comfortable seating.
Excellent use of technology to manage wait times. Genius.

I thought the whole experience was so good that we have already passed out all of our "refer a friend" vouchers to my son's friends from school. The haircut was exceptional, service was exceptional and the value for what you got was exceptional.
