Great hair products, shampoos, lotions, etc...hi energy staff. Info have to use the same person each time because her skill set is so much greater than the other stylists. My last haircut was fantastic. The one before with somebody else my wife and I hated. Please keep working to close that gap.

Friendly service and atmosphere. I did notice that on my last visit, there wasn't any water and there were no cups for the coffee machine so unless you had brought your own cup you were unable to have anything to drink. This was not good but not enough to put me off of SportClips for the long term

I've been going to your location for a number of years, and always get a great haircut, as well as great, friendly service from all of your staff. I've never had a bad haircut there, so your selection process for staff must be a very good one.

I had another great experience yesterday. Codi cut my hair yesterday, and was very friendly, professional, chatty and fun. Explained everything she was doing and kept ensuring I was good with everything she was doing. That's the kind of service I appreciate.

If I could ask one small favour or make a suggestion - it's to stop the staff from having to say "Welcome to SportClips" every time the door opens. Maybe it's just me, but it's something that's just as annoying to customers, as it probably is to your staff after they say it for the umpteenth time (bear in mind, none of them have ever voiced that to me)
