Quick friendly service

Friendly service and atmosphere. I did notice that on my last visit, there wasn't any water and there were no cups for the coffee machine so unless you had brought your own cup you were unable to have anything to drink. This was not good but not enough to put me off of SportClips for the long term

I had another great experience yesterday. Codi cut my hair yesterday, and was very friendly, professional, chatty and fun. Explained everything she was doing and kept ensuring I was good with everything she was doing. That's the kind of service I appreciate.

If I could ask one small favour or make a suggestion - it's to stop the staff from having to say "Welcome to SportClips" every time the door opens. Maybe it's just me, but it's something that's just as annoying to customers, as it probably is to your staff after they say it for the umpteenth time (bear in mind, none of them have ever voiced that to me)

The mVP. My stylist knew men's hair cuts and was able to recommend styling tips. She was very knowledgeable about the retail end of the business and knows what it takes to be competitive. Her name is Denise and as a retail professional these are the type of staff you want to reward and keep on staff forever. She is a great brand ambassador and I will be back.

I love the MVP. I like how there is a record of how my last haircut was so I don't have to explain it to the stylist again during every visit.

The stylist that helped me was very thorough and very polite and she respected that I was very tired when I got my haircut. She did a great job and even turned the chair so that I could watch the screen without having to turn my head.

I would highly recommend Allyssa for my son. He has special needs which Allyssa handled with grace and understanding. She is the best hair stylist he has had in years.
