I was very disappointed when I visited Sunday. I had signed in online, registered on arrival and was next in line for the stylist I had selected with a wait time of 2 minutes when she took the next available person. I was completely frustrated and signed out.
I went back yesterday and requested a different stylist even though there was a 20 minute wait.
The stylist who passed me over was working and had no customer but I wouldn’t ask for her again. The stylist I waited for “Lucy” was amazing and did a fantastic job. From now on I will always request her. You should be proud to have her on staff.
Service and locations are great but the price is high. Please consider before making future increases.
